City Facilities Management Aus (City) is a 100% dedicated service partner with the Coles Group. City provides the Coles Group with a variety of technical, operational and administrative services – all on a completely transparent basis.

Help Desk

City operates a 24x7x365 Helpdesk service supporting a diverse range of services for the Coles Group. Our dedicated Helpdesk supports team members in Coles Supermarkets, Coles Express and Liquorland Hotels. The team manages 1,000,000 calls per year through our purpose built in-house COMS© system.

Refrigeration & HVAC (RHVAC)

City delivers all RHVAC maintenance services for Coles Supermarkets nationally. Our dedicated technical team utilise the unique City service model to deliver a fully integrated RHVAC solution. Working hand in hand with Coles Team Members, the Partnership team have ownership of the RHVAC estate and utilising the power of COMS strive to consistently improve the level of service delivery to stores.

Retail Store Technicians (RST)

Our RST Team provide a broad range of electrical services to stores across a multitude of disciplines. The team of “A” grade electricians have ownership for delivery of electrical, catering and other critical services to stores. The RST’s provide proactive, reactive and planned services to stores working in close collaboration with store managers and the technical support team.
